Volunteer Management Officer
Responsibilities:
- To supervise volunteers and provide direction, coordination, and consultation for all-volunteer functions within the Mosque
- Strengthen public or private programs
- Database management, volunteer profiling & development
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Matured, Dynamic & Analytical
- Creative & strong interpersonal skills
- Good sense of timing & decisiveness in action
- Meticulous in details
- Able to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision, irregular hours even on weekends
Program Admin Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage database & resources pertaining to programs, namely QRC & QASR
- Execute administrative process and ensure SOPs in place are followed through
- Assist HOD in the areas of Mosque Administration, Front Desk, Fees Management & Events
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Nite or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field
- ARS-certified individuals are preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude & pleasant personality
- Good communication skills
- Experience in Qirom & School Portal are advantageous
Corporate Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external guests
- To coordinate & provide daily administrative & logistical needs of the mosque
- Assist HOD in the areas of Mosque Administration, HR, Front Desk, Fees Management & Events
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Nitec or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Good phone etiquette & communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English & Malay
- Pleasant personality & positive attitude
- Experience in HR admin is advantageous
Estate Officer
Responsibilities:
- To ensure functionality, comfort, and efficiency of the built environment by integrating people, place, process, and technology.
- To propose, research, and implement suitable improvement projects or rectification works, for the benefit of the above.
- To provide support to the CS Department in implementing and maintaining the maintenance schedule of mosque infrastructure, facilities, equipment, and tools.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any field (Building/ Facilities Management preferred).
- Minimum 2 years experience in building management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Meticulous & Decisive.
- Experience or knowledge in fire safety and security systems.
- Experience or knowledge in handling AV equipment and systems.
- Knowledge in Networking, IT or Computer Engineering.
- Able to work on weekends or PH if required.
