Volunteer Management Officer

 Responsibilities:

  • To supervise volunteers and provide direction, coordination, and consultation for all volunteer functions within the Mosque.
  • Strengthen public or private programs.
  • Database management, volunteer profiling & development.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma.
    • At least 2 years working experience.
    • Microsoft Office.
    • Matured, Dynamic & Analytical.
    • Creative & strong interpersonal skills.
    • Good sense of timing & decisiveness in action.
    • Meticulous in details.
    • Able to work independently.
    • Ability to work under pressure with minimal. supervision, irregular hours even on weekends.

    Social Development Officer

     Responsibilities:

    • Assist to develop, plan and review of mosque Social Development Unit with its action plan.
    • Coordinate social development programmes.
    • Assist to manage mosque disbursement of zakat.
    • Assist with management of Befriender programmes.

      Requirements:

      • At least a Diploma holder with qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
      • At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates may apply.
      • Effectively bilingual in Malay and English and familiar with IT.
      • Dedicated and responsible in working with the needy and their family members.
      • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Able to do planning and implement programmes.
      • Able to work independently and as a team.

      HR Executive

       Responsibilities:

      • Manage payroll & allowances of full-time employees.
      • Assist in the process of recruitment, interview and documentation.
      • Manage onboarding and offboarding process where necessary.
      • Perform administrative duties such as issuing HR related documents and updating of necessary details into HRMS.
      • Maintaining of training database and working with HODs on employee’s Learning Needs.
      • Upkeeping of employee’s benefit plans.

        Requirements:

        • Minimum Diploma holder.
        • Knowledge and certification in HR will be given priority.
        • Effective written communication skills to prepare
          memo, reports, proposals, policies and procedures.
        • Competent in IT skills, MS Software.
        • Able to lead, work independently and as a team.
        • Meticulous and with penchant for details.
        • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
        • High initiative, creative, confident and resourceful.
        • Highly service oriented.
